Advanced Technology in Injection Molding

The Pacific Integrated Molding Department operates 22 injection molding machines, ranging from 66 to 220 tons, featuring Arburg E-series and High Drive technologies. Materials processed include polypropylene, polystyrene, acetyl, polycarbonate, ABS, PC/ABS, and talc-filled polypropylene. Technicians with over 20 years of experience produce components like fittings, pipet tips, and cartridges. The department includes a tool room for mold maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM), and fixturing, ensuring continuous operation in a controlled environment.
